How often should I get a massage?+

It depends on your goals. For maintenance, every 4–6 weeks works well. For pain or recovery, weekly or bi-weekly sessions often produce the best results.

Do I need to undress?+

Undress to your level of comfort. You'll always be fully draped — only the area being worked on is uncovered.

What should I wear?+

Come in whatever is comfortable. You'll have full privacy to change before the session begins.

Do you accept tips?+

Tips are appreciated but never expected. Your continued care and referrals mean the most.

What if I need to cancel?+

I kindly ask for 24 hours notice so the time can be offered to another client.
